Punjab CM @BhagwantMann is clearly misleading the public by claiming that the #landpoolingpolicy is a voluntary scheme. Initially, farmers' land was notified without their consent. Now, the updated draft states that "the remaining chunks of land, whose owners are unwilling to participate in the Land Pooling Policy, will be acquired under the Land Acquisition Act of 2013." Tell me how this is voluntary?

It is a attempt to grab land at any cost. Dear CM,with only 1.5 years left in your term, refrain from this land grabbing agenda driven by your Delhi bosses. We understand the need for Heafty election funds for upcoming elections, Trust me your people are already earning significantly.

Be cautious, as Punjab is watching.

Notorious criminal Kashmir singh Billa’s wife made complainant against @SukhpalKhaira under government pressure… had predicted this outside nabha jail … This new FIR is a laughable attempt by the govt to keep Khaira in jail.
This FIR dated 4/1/24 is registered at 2.10 am on the day that Khaira’s bail was fixed for pronouncement.
Complainant in the FIR states that certain unidentified persons came to her house on 15.10.2023 and threatened her as her husband had given a statement before a judge in Fazilka against Khaira.
The SIT filed a 300 page affidavit in the High Court stating that Kashmir singh gave a statement u/s 164 CrPC on 30.10.2023.
If the statement before the judge in fazilka was itself made on 30.10.2023 how could Khaira have threatened the complainant or her husband 15 days before the actual statement was made.
Section 195 CrPC bars registration of an FIR u/s 105-a IPC as no magistrate can take cognisance of the report. Therefore this complaint ought to have been made before a magistrate in writing in terms of section 200 CrPC.
