@Cleartrip There was a failed booking for trip id 261008615712 on 8th oct and amount got deducted , the refund has not come till now have raised the issue several times with customer care nothing has happened it has been 15 days. @jagograhakjago

@Cleartrip @Cleartrip There are 2 tripId and both have got failed, only one was refunded. Have also shared bank statement as asked. Has been more than 15 days where is refund amount and ARN for the trip Id 261008615712. Refund amount also else will escalate further
