Subject: Urgent Intervention – MES Recruitment-2021: 1600 Candidates Affected & Nearly Five Years of Delay

I respectfully seek your intervention in the long-pending MES Recruitment-2021 concerning Supervisor Barrack & Store and Draughtsman candidates.

The recruitment process reached the Final Board stage, and the proceedings with the combined select list were forwarded to the Engineer-in-Chief’s Branch on 25.04.2022. Subsequently, an embargo dated 15.07.2022 prevented issuance of the select panel.

Nearly five years later, the matter remains unresolved and continues to move between authorities without clarity regarding the competent authority responsible. The indefinite embargo and prolonged delay raise serious concerns regarding transparency, accountability, possible administrative irregularities and suspected corruption. We have serious concerns that the recruitment may have been deliberately kept pending by certain officials.

We respectfully request an independent examination of the complete file, approvals, correspondence and decision-making process, with responsibility fixed if any negligence, deliberate action, corruption or irregularity is established.

After nearly five years, 1600 affected candidates deserve one clear answer:

Who is responsible for taking this recruitment to its logical conclusion?

Ministry of defence ने MES के बैरक सुपरवाइजर और ड्राफ्टसमैन अभ्यर्थीयों के भविष्य को नर्क बना दिया है, इसने 2021 की vacancy की सारी प्रक्रिया होने के बाद भी final merit जारी नहीं की | MES मुख्यालय ने भी vacancy clear की सिफारिश भेजी है, लेकिन इन पर कोई असर नहीं हुआ | @IYC @ndtv

या फिर बेरोज़गार युवाओं की आवाज़ सिर्फ social media और protests की भीड़ तक ही सीमित है?

CJP के protests में शामिल होने वाले युवाओं में बड़ी संख्या बेरोज़गारों की थी, लगभग 70%-80%। लेकिन जब उन्हीं बेरोज़गारों की वर्षों पुरानी भर्ती और रोजगार की आवाज़ उठाने की बात आती है, तो अचानक “हमारा focus दूसरा है” वाला बहाना सामने आ जाता है।

वाह साहब! दूसरों के लिए लड़ने में बेरोज़गार चाहिए, लेकिन बेरोज़गारों के लिए लड़ने की बारी आए तो resources limited हो जाते हैं। 😂
दूसरों के लिए आवाज़ उठाने वालों से बस इतना सवाल है-जिस भीड़ ने आपके protest को ताकत दी, उसकी आवाज़ के लिए 5–7 ट्वीट करना भी इतना बड़ा काम है क्या?

माननीय महोदया,
हम MES Recruitment-2021 के 1600+ प्रभावित अभ्यर्थी हैं। 572 पदों की परीक्षा व DV 2021 में पूर्ण हो चुकी थी, लेकिन 15.07.2022 के पत्र के बाद भर्ती 4.5+ वर्षों से लंबित है।

न परिणाम, न नियुक्ति-हजारों युवाओं का भविष्य अधर में है।

दूसरों के लिए लड़ने वाले बेरोज़गारों की आवाज़ भी सुनिए। अगर कुछ लोग सिर्फ अपने फायदे और चुनिंदा मुद्दों के लिए बेरोज़गार युवाओं का समर्थन चाहते हैं, लेकिन उनके अधिकारों की लड़ाई में साथ नहीं खड़े होते, तो यह बेहद दुखद और शर्मनाक है।

दनादन नियुक्तियाँ, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आओ और बन जाओ उप निदेशक–सहायक निदेशक!

और एक हम हैं साहब… MES Recruitment-2021 में सब कुछ करके भी 5 साल से Result और Appointment का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं। 😂

किसी Department में पोस्ट खाली नहीं रहती, और किसी भर्ती का Result ही पाँच साल तक “File Movement” में घूमता रहता है! 😭

उम्मीद है श्रीलंका यात्रा के दौरान हमारे MES Recruitment-2021 के लंबित परिणाम और वर्षों से बेरोजगार उम्मीदवारों के मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा होगी। रक्षा साझेदारी और विकास की बातें अपनी जगह हैं, लेकिन अपने ही देश के उन युवाओं की बेरोज़गारी पर भी चर्चा जरूरी है जो लगभग पाँच वर्षों से अपने भर्ती परिणाम और नियुक्ति की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं।

साहब, विदेशों के साथ रिश्ते मजबूत करना जरूरी है, लेकिन अपने देश के बेरोजगार युवाओं का भविष्य भी मजबूत करना उतना ही जरूरी है। उम्मीद है हमारे परिणाम पर भी चर्चा होगी।

@DefenceMinIndia कूटनीति खाका जारी किया’…लेकिन MES के एक recruitment matter का result तक वर्षों से नहीं दिया जा रहा। 😏

विडंबना देखिए-एक तरफ़ बड़े-बड़े strategic blueprints, दूसरी तरफ़ अपने ही उस विभाग के साथ खिलवाड़, जो सरकार के लिए revenue generate करता है। उसे लगातार ignore किया जा रहा है।
