Wayfair customer service recommended I cancel the order for refund as all they could do was reorder again and that they could not expedite shipping even when the product was available. I could not wait another week just for the product to get delayed again.Had to cancel the order

Ordered acutting board from Wayfair a month ago. It has shown about to ship several times and didn’t. Wayfair apologies and reorders it. I still do not have it. Product is showing in stock. What’s going on @Wayfair I should have stayed with @amazon and ordered from there instead.
