To stent or not to stent? Read the discussion about how to treat angina after ISCHEMIA trial in the last EHJ issue.

Final results with a great discussion. Really interesting that 75% of people preload in STEMI, NSTEMI, or both.
Is there a positive trial that specifically tested preloading vs. not? I don't think so.
Probably very challenging to show a difference in contemporary practice.

Had a CT showing renal & liver masses w/ kidney suspicious for cancer. Radiologist recommended MRI for further characterization. Now my insurance company is refusing to pay for the MRI saying it’s not “medically necessary.” My doc sure as hell thought it was. 1/3
COVID brought a lot of false hopes, including Vit C and Zinc. In this trial, the investigators found the expected result: 'treatment with zinc, ascorbic acid, or both does not affect SARS-CoV-2 symptoms.’ https://t.co/cW6ynVUIvo @JAMANetworkOpen
