@UPS I’m really disappointed with the service. I mentioned that leave my package with the neighbour and still UPS driver didn’t deliver. It was urgent and now it will impact my work. I would lose money as well.

I’ve been asking them on chat that if I can talk to the manager they have been saying he/she will call me but till date no call. Do you think after so much of money we can’t even escalate an issue or get a proper advice on a car that’s only 2yr old.

@Tesla I bought a model X in 2023 and from that I had been visiting service centers with an horrible service center experience.
Recently, my car stopped suddenly in the middle of a highway at night with all batteries completely dead. I called up Tesla roadside assistance

From that day the car is in Tesla Duluth, Atlanta with no clear response. I visited the service center after three days and to my surprise they have not even touched my car and they didn’t give any loaner as well. After regular follow-ups they are saying it’s a drive train issue

The issue is not resolved and it’s difficult to drive the car as even the cruise control has stopped working

@teslaceo8 I’be recently bought model x and in 6months I’ve been at service center 3-4 times. Sometimes navigation stops working, falcon door doesn’t work and several others. I’m not saying service is bad but overall something is wrong with the car. Can you please help?

@Xfinity nobody has responded and now I’ve to log a case in consumer court

@Xfinity took a new Internet connection with 2 new mobile lines in Dec 22. I was told that I’ll get 500 usd gift card and I’ve not yet received it. called rewards center and they closed my ticket saying I should have ported the number but that’s not what was told

@myvoltas bought a split AC 2 days back and it has stopped cooling and it’s swings also don’t work. Logged complaints but there is no response. Called up dealer several times but he seems to be equally helpless. I can’t even return it. What is the return policy? What a pathetic
