@SrdeegA @srdmeagc @DRM_Agra @RailwaySeva @SrDOM_Agra @SrDCM_Agra @rpfncragc @srdencoagra @srdsteagra Sir recently i travelled from mathura to jabalpur on 17th aug having reservation in Ac 2 my train was late by 2hrs i go to ac retiring room and i found that it was so dirty and not a single ac is there very suffocating atmosphere my old parents suffered a lot.
Please take action

मैं आपका ध्यान मथुरा रेल्वे स्टेशन की ओर दिलाना चाहता हूँ जहां रोज हजारों की संख्या में लोग आते हैं कितनी गंदगी रहती है प्लेटफॉर्म पर और ac retiring room की हालात देख कर तो रोना agya ऐसा लगा कि हम वापस से 2009 पहुंच गए

Pathetic condition of mathura railway station very dirty platforms and surroundings ac retiring room having 0 facility all ac were removed i feel so sad when i saw the condition of station my old parents suffered a lot.
