@etihad : I recently travelled to Zurich from Abu Dhabi via Etihad Airways. I loved the inflight experience including the cabin crew. The crew was extremely friendly.
Further, it was 6.5 hours flight. It was punctual and arrived on time. The crew on the ground was also helpful.
