2. Buy investments that greedy people own in good times - for pennies on the dollar in bad times when they desperately need a buyer.

Pro: simple, no starting a business/running a business/buying a business, no work, no hustle
Con: slow (> 25+ years)
Hard: sell high value/high ticket
Pro: fast (< 10 years)
Con: lead gen, communication & sales, closing, hard work, lots of hustle, literally running a business
The top 20% of wealth prefer simple.
The top 1% of wealth typically on hard mode.
