they said all passengers are in hotel , after telling them that passengers are sitting in airport no hotels provided they said we don’t have such information we can’t do anything. As she is a Heart patient,air canada, @BakuAirport take zero care of the passengers.

That’s how @AirCanada treats there passengers.
My mother is 60years old and sitting on chairs at Baku airport. As the ticket also includes wheelchair assistance No such facilities are given to her. No one came to ask her about her. When we call the air Canada’s customer care
