@ProcareSoftware We have been using Procare for some time, but unfortunately, the quality of customer service has become extremely disappointing.

Whenever we experience an issue, it is very difficult to find someone who will take responsibility and resolve it properly.

@ProcareSoftware It is so disappointing that procare is talking about leadership and accountability but from last 1 month i am trying to contact customer care and some to talk to but nothing, no response, its not professionalism
