A quick update on FB buyback progress

As we shared in our earlier announcement, “Following the halving, UniSat plans to acquire USD 200,000 worth of FB from the open market each month for five consecutive months, for a total planned acquisition of USD 1,000,000.”

We’re happy to share that the first 25% of this month’s planned USD 200,000 buyback has now been completed.

For this first batch, 50,000 USDT was used to acquire 153,846 FB. The acquired FB has been transferred to the following address:

To make the breakdown clear:

• Monthly planned buyback: 200,000 USDT
• Completed in this batch: 50,000 USDT
• Progress for this month: 25%
• Total five-month plan: 1,000,000 USDT

Considering current market liquidity, we’ll continue with the remaining purchases gradually and in multiple batches, with the goal of executing the plan in a steady and responsible way.

The FB acquired through the buyback will be staked on indexing services and locked for more than 60 months.

The first batch of UniSat's post-halving FB buyback is complete.

50,000 USDT was used to acquire 153,846 FB, completing 25% of this month’s planned $200,000 buyback.

The acquired FB will be used for Indexer staking and locked for more than 60 months. — turning the buyback into long-term participation in the Fractal network.
