I kindly request that SpiceJet consider having at least one Hindi-speaking staff member on flights, especially those originating from northern or Hindi-speaking regions. This would greatly assist passengers who may not be comfortable with English. Thanks. (3/3)

During her journey, when an air hostess addressed her in English, my mother expressed her preference for Hindi. Unfortunately, the staff member did not accommodate this request and left without further assistance, stating that they do not speak Hindi. (2/3)

I am writing to share an experience my mother, Mrs. Purnima Sinha, aged 70, encountered while traveling on flight SG 8461 (PNR: K6PP8L/SG) from Delhi to Bangalore on November 28th, 2023. She requires a wheelchair and has limited proficiency in English. (1/3)
