It’s now crystal clear—the one wearing a mask all this days wasn’t Chinnayya, but Prakash Raj.

Yes.. the mask has finally been lifted, and the truth is out for everyone to see. Prakash Raj’s systematic attempts to hatch conspiracies and target the sacred institution of Dharmasthala have completely exposed his real intentions.

The double standards are officially exposed! On one hand, Prakash Raj was covertly instigating and backing Chinnayya. Now, in a sudden twist, he is out here praising Dr. Veerendra Heggade.

You cannot scheme against an institution behind closed doors and then publicly sing praises to save face.

The 1978 Ranga-Billa case involved the brutal kidnapping and murder of teenage siblings Geeta and Sanjay Chopra in Delhi by career criminals Kuljeet Singh (Ranga) and Jasbir Singh (Billa).

The horrific crime shocked the nation, leading to a massive manhunt and the swift conviction of both killers, who were ultimately hanged in 1982.

The investigation was led by Inspector VP Gupta of the Delhi Police, with SI Ram Chander serving on the team. A bystander, who had tried to save the children, and later helped the police identify the killers by providing their descriptions was Babulal. The journalist who covered the case was Prabha Dutt.

Amazon Prime's series Raakh, which is based on this incident, replaces Inspector VP Gupta with SI Jayprakash Jatav, explicitly portrayed as a Dalit officer navigating institutional bias. Furthermore, SI Ram Chander is replaced by SI Javed Murtaza, Babulal by Saleem, and Prabha Dutt by Nisar, while a lazy hawaldar character named Mishra has been added to the narrative.

This isn't creative liberty. Creative liberty is meant to enhance a story, not distort historical facts to fit a specific ideological agenda. Another stark reminder of how easily history can be rewritten in plain sight under the convenient guise of creative freedom.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆನೇಕಲ್ ನ ಫಲವತ್ತಾದ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ SWIFT ಸಿಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವಿತ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂ ಅನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ 100 ಮೀಟರ್ ಒಳಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು ಎಂಬ ನಿಯಮವಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ (KIADB) ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು 'ಒಣ ಭೂಮಿ' ಎಂದು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದೆ. 'ರಾಗಿ ಕಣಜ' ವೆಂದೇ ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವ ಆನೇಕಲ್ ನ ಫಲವತ್ತಾದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಒಣ ಭೂಮಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಗೆ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು KIADB ಉತ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಇದೆ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಜ್ಜಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಿರುವ ಚಿನ್ನಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 5-6 ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳು ಆಡಿದರೆ ಅದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು. ಚಿನ್ನಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂ ಅನ್ನು ಗರಿಷ್ಟ ಬಳಕೆ (optimum utilization) ಮಾಡದೆ 900 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂ ನ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸ್ವಿಫ್ಟ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪರಿಸರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವ ಹಾನಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವುದೇ EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ.

ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ, ಐ.ಟಿ. ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಅಪ್ ಎಕೊಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ ಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ (Industry friendly corridor) ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿ ನೀಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ತಕರಾರಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕೃಷಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ಹಿತವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು. ಫಲವತ್ತಾದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು ವಿವೇಚನಾರಹಿತವಾದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ.

ಭೂಮಿ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ರೈತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯವನ್ನು (traditional livelihood) ಅನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ, ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಭಾಗದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಯುವಕ/ಯುವತಿಯರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಅರಸಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬರುವುದು ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಮತೋಲಿತ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ (balanced regional development) ಪೂರಕವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಿವೇಚನೆ ಬಳಸಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಜಾಗಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಡದಿ, ಸರ್ಜಾಪುರ-ಆನೇಕಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲಿ.

ಕೋಟ್ಯಂತರ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಕೇಂದ್ರವಾದ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂಜ್ಯ ಧರ್ಮಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಾ. ಡಿ ವೀರೇಂದ್ರ ಹೆಗ್ಗಡೆಯವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಹುದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನಾವು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೆವು. ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ನಂಬಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹದಗೆಡಿಸಿ, ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವ ಭಾರೀ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ಈಗ ಬಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದ ಹೆಸರು ಕೆಡಿಸಲು 200 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಆಘಾತಕಾರಿ. ಇದರ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಣದ ಕೈಗಳು ಯಾರು, ಎಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹಣ ಬರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಎನ್ನುವುದರ ಕೂಲಂಕಷ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಗುಡ್ಡ ಅಗೆಯಲು ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಸರ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ @INCKarnataka ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ರಚಿಸಲಿ. ಸಂಚುಕೋರರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿ, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಯಾರೂ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಣಕಲು ಮುಂದಾಗದಂತಹ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಇಂತಹ ದುಷ್ಕರ್ಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಕಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
