MENTAL PEACE CHALLENGE
I challenge you to stay silent and not use your devices from sunset to sunrise.
My shishyas in my Dharmopadesh who did this for 7 days saw immense gains in mental peace and in peaceful sleep.
It turns out all the conflicts they were having with family members just dropped to zero because in the morning somehow people had the energy to find solutions instead of throwing problems.
Not only that, staying silent with no devices forced them to read books and they read Devi Bhagvatam. This gave them perspective and they grew their understanding of how the universe works and how karma works. And what is the Leela of Devi.
Those who couldn't read, were forced to think about their lives and in a few hours they realised they were thinking in loops and nobody was winning anything. So they started to think of out of the box and could name the problems correctly thereby naming the solutions correctly.
Many others could think long enough to distinguish right from wrong and their long standing dilemmas melted away, freeing them to take action.
Almost everyone reported sound sleep after day 2.
Who knew that zipping your lips sunset to sunrise is a powerful spiritual practice to find peace, maturity and confidence.
I CHALLENGE YOU to do it for 7 days and post your results here.
No idea but you can figure it out don't worry. But I also request you to stop spamming my comments. But you should also master the lessons in my 450 free videos first. LUCKY OR PLUCKY?
People say luck is being at the right place at the right time. But that's not mostly true, most of the people who are at the right place at the right time were at the right place even in the wrong times. Sometimes waiting there decades before they got "lucky".
Are you at the right place or the wrong place. That's surely under your self-determination and agency.
But time?
That's under nobody's control. You just have to wait it out without growing bitter and old and you'll get to the right time eventually.
What's the right place? DHARMA
That's why I started dharmopadesh. So that you can learn to wait in the right place without getting bitter or old.

FINDING THE TRUE SELF
One of the biggest wild goose chases of spiritual seeking is, finding the true self. The one beyond body and mind, The ever unchanging "true self*.
How long can you reject body and mind? If a brick falls on your toes you will fully acknowledge both body and mind in a second.
I never encourage my Shishyas to undertake this delusive search. I'm writing this post only for the benefit of my Shishyas
To realise yourself as Brahman (supreme creator with absolute agency) is a 4 step process. Shivji is called Adi Guru because he created the process He created Paap, Punya and Tapasya.
Paap reduces your agency and punya increases your agency. When punya is high enough to cancel the paap, you have complete agency.
But even that isn't the state of Brahman. Brahman can't be reached by rejecting body and mind and imagining you're an unchanging self. This delusion springs from misinterpreting shastras like the Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita, by incompetent scholars.
The 4 steps to becoming Brahman, naturally follow from Shivjis creation of paap and punya. Everyone gets a dose of paap to begin their life, because it gives you motivation to do tapasya.
Tapasya is the ferocious production of the sacred fire of transformation called Swaha inside your body. This fire CONVERTS paap to punya. So you need access to a lot of paap to produce a lot of punya. When there is no paap left and only punya, tapasya then converts punya into Divya darshana, or divine vision, then it converts divine vision into Brahma Tejas also called Brahma Shakti. At which point you become Brahman.
This is the journey of spiritual transformation
1. Accumulate a lot of Paap, either you have to do it yourself or you can take on Paap from other paapis, and then do tapasya as taught by your Guru.
2. Become a big Punyatma, one whose tapasya has converted all that massive paap into massive punya and continue your tapasya
3. Become a big Jnani or Rishi (one who has converted massive amounts of punya into massive amounts of Divya Darshana, which results in big compassion and positive changes in human consciousness due to your big vision for humankind and the 14 lokas The world becomes more loving and cooperative. The earth stops suffering.
4. Become Brahman by more tapasya, that converts all the Darshana into Brahma Tejas which results in supreme agency and an immortal body and god-mind.
Neither is it an unchanging state, nor is it not anchored to body and mind, in fact you will take so many avatars again and again with so many bodies and minds.
That's why I don't engage with seekers of "unchanging true self". They are afraid of paap, and don't consciously accumulate it, many are busy in remedies to avoid it and call that spiritual practice. Also they usually have a big fat ego about it and look down on those who don't agree with them.
However, for my Shishyas this post is Gold and they'll take tapasya seriously.
