Gone too soon. Breaks my heart writing this.
On the voice problem he had, he writes in his book... How to Fail At Almost Everything And Still Win Big:
"I wouldn’t be satisfied simply escaping from my prison of silence; I was planning to escape, free the other inmates, shoot the warden, and burn down the prison."
I somehow believed he will burn down the prison again.
RIP. You'll live in our hearts forever!

Scott is like the wise friend who put his arms around me and gently nudged me to get me started on my fitness journey.
I'm forever grateful to Scott for making the biggest impact in my life in the shortest time.
I'm officially a Reframer now. And I've been singing his praise everywhere.
I posted about how Scott's books changed my life in a Facebook group last week. Nearly 100 people reached out and still messaging after a week to know more about the Fitness System I'm building. About 25 of them subscribed.
I am happy to pay forward his good deeds and make a difference in people's lives just like he did for me. Praying hard for his recovery.
I started a newsletter on Substack documenting my journey. And I dedicate it to Scott.

If there is one person who made the greatest impact in the shortest time, it is you. I'm forever grateful for the impact you made in my life.
It's been 2 months since I started on my fitness journey...something which I struggled for years. Your books Reframe Your Brain and How To Fail changed helped me to build a robust system.
I've been singing your praise everywhere. I started a newsletter on Substack documenting my journey.
And I posted about how your books changed my life in a Facebook group. Nearly 70+ people reached out to me to know more about the Fitness System I'm building.
Please see the screenshot attached. It got 97 likes, 138 comments. It is still increasing.
It's not about the vanity metrics though. I am paying forward your good deeds and make a difference in people's lives just like you did for me.
Praying hard for your recovery even though you gave me a severe blow in your latest video.
This is how I make my life interesting by making it boring.
Glad to say I tick most of the boxes. Except for getting up early. Still one area I struggle the most.
But I don't have any new year resolutions. The system I've built for myself chugs along everyday.
• Read
• Write
• Exercise
• Eat clean
• Laugh a lot
• Protect my energy
Wish you an energetic new year!
2025: Chop wood, carry water.
2026: Chop wood, carry water.
This is the most boring New Year’s Day post you’ll read. But it’s also the most powerful.
The secret to a great year isn’t fulfilling outlandish resolutions, it’s mastering the mundane:
Exercise
Do the work
Get up early
Read & write
Eat real food
Limit bad habits
Show up on time
Encourage others
Spend time outside
Keep your promises
Try something different this year…
🤫 Instead of making loud promises, let your quiet actions do the talking.
Do ordinary things consistently for 365 days and that discipline will compound into something extraordinary:
Your best year ever.
@Schwarzenegger Absolutely this is the only thing that works. Motivation, will power and passion get exhausted soon.
I am building a simple fitness system that lets me get fit without relying on motivation.
This is from last week. Me in deep squat on top of a mountain and counting the peaks with my daughter.
But the most important part is matching her energy...which was the biggest change in me in 2025.
So, wish you and your family a happy and an energetic 2026.

How they changed my life?
Fitness was a huge challenge for me. I knew I had to do something but had no clue where to begin.
Now I'm building a system that has helped me to develop consistent habits. Book #2 is all about building systems for various areas of life.
Most importantly I’ve regained lost energy by fixing simple things.
I'm documenting my journey on Substack. If anyone is interested let me know. Happy to send across the link to read.

3. The 80/20 Principle: The Secret to Achieving More with Less by Richard Koch
• You don’t need to manage time better. You need to transform how you spend your time
• Hard work rewards but only if you’re working for yourself
• Don’t think on margins and avoid linear thinking.
