@L0NKLY @droidcon Hey Vivienne! It's indeed a push technology, but it'd be probably cheaper to use a tool like Firebase cloud messaging for push notifications as you would not need to develop and maintain your own server for that purpose.
SSE is a open connection to real time updated features 👍
