@spursshow Full fligh refund plus match ticket refund is the minimum we should be accepting.thomas cook are blaming the bird strike we all know that was the 4th excuse Thomas cook used at 1.15. I had already heard the Thomas cook lady cancel a replacement plane at 12.30.
