@drunkendood11 @mkdrrdkm @andrewmccalip The part where the piece still floats but is pushed down, you see a part of the magnet disappear without the floating piece close to it. Compression mostly happens over horizontal pixel lines, so pixel changes above that part don't impact the compression of the magnet pixels

@gijsinho @0xSeco Absoluut, als DCG snel alle crypto terug betaald is er niets aan de hand. Maar als de koersen hard omhoog gaan en DCG heeft nog niet terug betaald dan kan Bitvavo het ook niet meer voorschieten. Dus naast de twijfel OF DCG terug kan betalen is de ook timeline essentieel

@0xSeco @gijsinho Enige voordeel voor Bitvavo dan is dat het nooit meer kost dan 280miljoen * koersverschil. Dus in het unlikely worst case gaat crypto naar 0, kost het 280miljoen. Andere kant op is geen maximum. Koersen x100 is gat van 28miljard.

@gijsinho @0xSeco Even als voorbeeld: Bitvavo heeft bijvoorbeeld 16.000 BTC uitgeleend aan DCG, Bitvavo noemt dat bedrag 280miljoen euro. Stel dat in de tussentijd BTC koers naar 60k gaat en dat DCG de BTC niet meer kan terug betalen. Dan is het gat 16.000btc x 60k=960miljoen euro.

@Anna56476752 @verplak77 @CryptoinsidersS @FD De Doge van Bitvavo staat waarschijnlijk vast op HitBTC. Vroeger een van de grootste exchanges, maar deze partij heeft sinds 2021 niet meer de Doge van klanten 1:1. Nu betaal je op HitBTC nog maar 1/5de v marktwaarde voor Doge

@CryptoinsidersS Jullie missen een belangrijk aspect en dat is dat #Bitvavo geen 280miljoen euro mist, maar crypto (dus btc, eth, doge etc) mist. Als de koersen van de munten die ze missen ontploffen is het gat onoverbrugbaar, want dan is het gat opeens 1 miljard
