@NatWest_Help made a full payment to clear my cc statement but amount has been returned to my bank. Used details successfully used for 10+ years.

@libdemdaisy Glad you’re across this. All but one of the last 7 trains I’ve tried to catch has been “cancelled due to lack of train crew”. Not good enough
