@margaritaevna95 This would be like saying every woman must be ok with their boyfriend sleeping around because a man has a spiritual desire to spread his seed as far and wide as possible and a man can't form a proper bond with a woman that restrains his desires.
@margaritaevna95 You really are trying to rationalise your BS after deleting that tweet huh? amazing that you claim to be into science and yet give the most wishy washy, woo woo explanation to rationalise following your base instincts 1/2
@Zorro12344 @FlorenceWoodle1@YouGov That is a moronic analogy. Massively authoritarian government overreach because of a virus with a minuscule death rate is in no way comparable. If this was Soviet Russia you would be complying with the regime and ratting out you neighbours.
@Marcus83724248@PhilMitchell83 Like I said your understanding is not accurate. I have heard there are a few states where it is but nobody claiming that has been able to provide evidence and I have not found any. The FBI definition only counts male perpetration.
@PhilMitchell83@Schools_educate Thanks, I did not know that. The guidelines I read did not include minimum sentencing. Could you link me to the full report please?
@PhilMitchell83 There are a lot of people that falsely claim the FBI definition includes female perpetration because it was updated ton include male victims but the update only included male victims of other men.
@Schools_educate@PhilMitchell83 You are technically correct but female rapists are never charged under that law(causing sexual activity without consent) and are instead charged with sexual assault with a 1 year maximum sentence.
@PhilMitchell83@Schools_educate Technically it is true, women that force men to have sex can be charged with causing sexual activity without consent, this crime has exactly equivalent sentencing guidelines to rape for equivalent acts such as forced oral sex. The problem is this law is never used and 1/2
