This is absolutely unacceptable, in my booking it is clearly mentioned on the listed phone number instead of account related phone number and I clearly called the customer support on the same day and explained the issue. The agent promised to get back within dedicated 1/2

Number of days which was 2-3 days and I am seeing message from Deepanksha stating that our stand on resolution is final! This is totally unfair and unacceptable when someone uses @goibibo a lot . I think it’s time I stop using the app and shift to new platform 2/2@GoibiboSupport
