When @British_Airways forget to load an entire plane’s baggage at Zurich…. and then don’t put it on the next two flights to LCY… and then cancel the flights the next day. All with zero communication! Now that’s what you call customer service. Will I ever see my stuff again?

@British_Airways Thanks I have, but it’s just put me through to the virtual assistant with tonnes of options not relating to baggage. I’ve still heard nothing about where my bag is despite numerous Zurich-LCY BA flights every day.
