@Spotify my account has been hacked. It was only set up linked to my FB but someone has now added an email and new password so the only way I can access is via the FB loggin on the app.
I also can’t cancel the account or recover it so the direct debit is coming out each month.
@Wise i have a couple of complaints outstanding but this is the best one.
Transfer set upon May 26, still pending.
Last response from complaints / verifications was 2 weeks ago so ive tried to cancel the transferand now they say i cant cancel them. 423546617
@Wise my 3 transfers from 7th June still havent gone thru. I have no replies from your teams via email or on twitter now for 10 days. Ive now paid the transfers using @RevolutApp but now you wont cancel the transfers that have been sat in wise for over a month. ›
@Wise How can any regulated institution justify holding up payments for a month and giving little to no explanation as to why it’s happening? Routine checks don’t take 20 days and that’s what I’m complaining about
@Wise I have 10k on hold now for over a month - I cannot stress how bad this business account is to other small business owners.

@Wise I have 3 complaints outstanding you are ignoring. Your bank offers no way to escalate serious complaints - how is this legal within regulatory frameworks in the UK?

@Wise to any of your potential business customers - here’s another German payment that’s been on hold for routine checks since the start of June. No real help from anyone at the bank. DO NOT USE WISE FOR SMALL BUSINESS
@Wise are unable to process payments to turkey or French Polynesia, worst international account on offer, no way of complaining either, I’m being ignored over and over again. Last message here was 10 days ago!

@officialUKMail What’s your procedure when you miss a parcel collection date? Do you normally email/call the customer to re arrange or just ignore them?
