@asanwal This certainly needs addressing. Employers need to take ownership of their staff’s salary and not rely on the customers. Doesn’t happen anywhere else in the world.

@dr_emmacoombe It’s better than no investment plan but more people, inc. doctors should educate themselves to devise a better investment plan for their future.E.g a simple index fund, with regular investment will return 7-8%/y,which compounded becomes more significant and you have total control

@RobLaurensonD4P Seeing the government’s response to the previous strikes, I’m unfortunately convinced that it’s too late to do anything about this. The UK will continue to be a sole training ground and simply a precursor to the best in the profession leaving for other countries. 🤷🏻‍♂️
