@haynesdeborah @BritishArmy 90% is misleading. CEA is up to a set amount. Premise is SP must pay 10% of fees regardless of allowance. So if the fees were the same as the total allowance then the SP would still pay 10% of fees and not receive full allowance. Continuity of Education is key.
