@KirkSeriousFace@jaycaspiankang He attack far too much from the perimeter. But I think people assume he will easily learn midrange and back to the basket game, but it’s going to be difficult with that frame. There is only 1 Dirk
@AndrewDBailey@Trey6Mack Net rating is an absolute joke when you compare how the nuggets staggered Jokic minutes and how Luka was staggered on the Mavs with Kyrie running the second unit…
@KirkSeriousFace Why does espn pin every player against Luka? Also, I wish people compared who they had to play in the playoffs and added a little nuance
@Midnight_Givens@KenHeLive What spacing? 2024 team spacing was pj Washington and DJJ….
Also, please let me know who Luka hadn’t “worked” with? That’s a lazy espn narrative that has never actually been proven
@Midnight_Givens@KenHeLive You are missing the point… Luka makes a lot of average players better than what they are. He made Trey Burke and Seth curry look serviceable for an entire series. His playmaking is on another level
@Jeff_Coop27 Let’s not compare him to Phil… he was a largely failed coach at Brooklyn and Mil, that’s well reported. He caused chaos at several places playing and coaching, well reported. He was gifted a generational superstar, and yet by several accounts was for the trade…
@Jeff_Coop27 It’s relevant to the point that he was “positive” for the Mavs. I think the success the Mavs had was much more about the maestro at the point guard position rather than a guy would couldn’t draw up an out of bounds play
