Considering that those who have had their citizenship stolen are unable to get a biometric ID this is a #fail. There is no option for those with old ID books. And consulate in Dubai says they can’t help.

And to pick up on the Product Owner/Product Manager points - within the Scaled Agile Framework definition these are different roles. Owner deals more with the agile team whereas the Manager is more customer focused.

Quick update on our reservation system: As we get ready for the core season, pass holders can now book week-of reservations daily for the following seven days. A new day will be available for week-of reservations each night at midnight MT instead of a once-a-week release.
