@icgroupofficial@beterdays_ahead It’s like nobody is understanding me. My money came and reflected in my tradelive portfolio available cash but when I tried withdrawing, the app froze, I restarted it and the money isn’t in the balance anymore

@rmzybaran I need them to understand that the money reflected but when I was clicking the withdrawal button, it wasn’t working and by the time I restarted the app, the balance had gone to 0 cedis. I didn’t even get to confirm the withdrawal but they are still telling me it’s remittance
