@JetBlue That’s not an acceptable excuse when you pay for a ticket on a 6 hour trip and expect to be able to use the entertainment you pay for.

Just wondering how often these items are really checked? The planes are cleaned and turned around constantly, but attention to these items would go a long way.

Just a word of advice to anyone looking to book a vacation through .@turnkeyvr - a .@vrbo vendor. We tried to book a vacation inside of their 31 day window. They were unresponsive to the point they didn't return our request for 4 days. At that time they said we were no longer

able to because it was less than 31 days. Yet we called and emailed at 31 days. We have the records. They are trying to give us COVID-19 credit. Such a #scam. We are working with our CC company to negate the #fraud

@Delta Sitting First Class, no pre-departure drink service. Pilot wondering why this plane did not leave on time. No clear communication from anyone at @Delta ! An absolute debacle. Shame.

@Delta 9:37 pm, sitting on the plane. One pilot on board, another “on the way.” First pilot made announcement that he “has no idea why this flight was delayed as I just flew in from Salt Lake.” What is going on?!? This plane should’ve landed 50 minutes ago and we haven’t even left gate!
