BREAKING: The Gauteng High Court has struck Oupa Bafana Sindane’s urgent application off the roll. He was challenging the Madlanga Commission’s use of his WhatsApp messages and how it obtained his devices.

The commission’s Jeremy Michaels says Sindane’s legal team has asked for his testimony to be stood down until after midday.
