Yet another great day at the Counting House today with Robert Howard & Alison Arnold of the Nottingham Tree-Ring Dating Laboratory. Despite the timbers being hundreds of years old that sweet smell still filled the building ❤️ #conservation #dendrochronology #pontefract

A great couple of days working on the Counting House, Pontefract.
My first experience working with lime mortar - loved the heat 😊
Bricklaying in lime mortar took longer than expected - it was dark when we finished!
