Trump's transition team finally signed a standard transition agreement, but they still refuse to sign two documents to make the transition smoother.

They refuse to sign the DOJ agreement to let the FBI perform security clearances for transition team members. Biden's team cannot give classified information to them.

They still refuse to sign the General Services Administration agreement which provides secure office space and government email accounts.

Trump doesn't care about a smooth transition.
