I booked tickets for my wife and son for 18th Aug from Mumbai to Muscat. Booking Ref : APMEAZ.
Now I see that this booking is showing “no cabin baggage included”. Where your none of the fare options allow ticket to be booked with cabin baggage.

@SalamAir most unfortunate to book a ticket with you. Trying all means to see that I get a wheel chair booked for my who can’t walk. Inspite she having a medical certificate, I am willing to pay. But failed to do so. No resolution except sorry by your agents. No response from CC.

@SalamAir My wife is traveling from Muscat to Mumbai on 6th Feb. Needs wheel chair assistance. I do not see any option while booking ticket. Suffering from severe osteoarthritis and cannot walk. Written mail to Customer care on 1st Feb. Reminder today. No response till now.
