I wonder who will share what they are reading next Wednesday!

[GV Library @gvhs_library]

Our What We're Reading Wednesday features GV Math Teacher and Staff Battle of the Books Team Member, Mr. Orozco.

Mrs. Woodall here: Thank you, Mr. Orozco for sharing!

It’s #bookfacefriday at the GVHS Library. We have this book in English and in Spanish. It is a deeply moving autobiography from Diane Guerrero about what it was like when her parents were deported when she was only 14 years old.

It’s What We’re Reading Wednesday! What I am reading today came from a library request. Blue Period is a manga by Tsubasa Yamaguchi. It follows the story of Yatora, a high school student who accidentally discovers art and how he is changed by it. I am halfway through.

Next read: a creepy thriller, Good Neighbors by Sarah Langan.” Thanks for sharing with us!

It’s time for What We’re Reading Wednesday. GV’s Ms. Jones-Norton is sharing this week. “I am currently Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard, the second in a series of four fantasy novels. The fantasy genre is typically out of my comfort zone.

[GV Library @gvhs_library]

I usually read mystery and thriller novels, especially by Harlan Coben. I picked up Victoria Aveyard's first book, Red Queen, and finished it within two days, so I had to pick up the next one! I am branching out more and more into what I read every day.

Before bed, I read a physical book: The Woods Are Always Watching. Maybe I shouldn't read scary books before bed? Meh. No nightmares yet!

[GV Library @gvhs_library]

For What We’re Reading Wednesday we have Ms. Pivirotto sharing. The following is from her: In the months of September and October, I read only horror. Because spooky season.

[GV Library @gvhs_library]

I read Clown in a Cornfield on my phone or Kindle. Lunchtime = reading time. Squeeze it in where I can.
