At yesterday’s Lehigh Valley Open hosted by Moravian Academy HS, the A team finished tied for 4th in the varsity division.

The JV team (pictured) went 10-0 in the JV division to win the championship, led by high scorer Atharva Singh.

Both playoff games featured a trailing team skipping bonus parts to get one additional cycle to get the win, as well as a protest on the final tossup before outcome was decided.

GV finishes T-65 at #HSNCT after a losing a thriller on the final question to @BHSACADEMICTM from Ohio, 230-235.

In previous round, GV won on the last question v St Joe’s (Missouri).

Team finishes tourney with a 7-5 record overall (6-4 in power-matched prelims).
