I don't want price back just want to repair my device in foc basis due to company fault...

After a software update, my Xiaomi 12 Pro developed a green line. Now it won't turn on, and the service centre demands ₹35,586 for motherboard replacement. Emails get no response, and the call centre is unhelpful. @XiaomiIndia, resolve this fairly! Boycott Xiaomi.

@MiIndiaSupport Thank you for your response. However, there is no link visible in your reply. Could you please share the direct link here or send me a DM from your official account so I can proceed with my complaint?

[Gaurav Yadav @gvrvyadav]

@MiIndiaSupport I have already explained my issue in detail via email and would appreciate a direct discussion with the Xiaomi Ahmedabad Area Officer or a senior technical representative. Please help me resolve this matter without further delay.
