@AlaskaAir my wife checked in (20 hours ahead of time) and then we found out we had to extend our stay and change her flight and the only way to do that is wait on hold for HOURS (even the text back is an hour+??

Why can't she change her flight online without waiting hours??

I don't really post on Twitter anymore. I rarely read it any more (some government agencies still only post here though).

I do get that some people have networks here (ie work), and I miss some of my social connections here.

I switched over to Mastodon and I haven't even looked at Twitter since November - had an occasion to come back (because of the SVB mess) and surprised to see so many friends still posting here.

It's just funny to realize that not everyone switched over to Mastodon yet :D :D
