Critical thinking shouldn’t be conditional.
One thing that has bothered me about the Lindsay Clancy case is watching people who spent years telling everyone to question everything, read the evidence, and do your own research suddenly repeat headlines and talking points without looking at the actual procedural history.
And there is important context here.
In February 2023, Lindsay Clancy pleaded not guilty to all charges from her hospital bed. In October 2023, she again pleaded not guilty to all six charges and was preparing for a traditional guilty/not-guilty trial.
Fast-forward three years.
On March 30, 2026, the defense’s request for a bifurcated trial was denied. Just three days later, on April 2, the defense sought reconsideration and offered a stipulation as part of its trial strategy.
That timeline matters.
A legal stipulation is not something we should casually reduce to “she confessed” or “she pleaded guilty.” Those phrases carry very specific meanings, and context matters especially in a case this complicated.
You can believe Lindsay Clancy should be held accountable. You can believe mental illness played a significant role. You can disagree completely with the defense. Those are conversations worth having.
But at least argue from what actually happened.
What frustrates me most is seeing people with enormous platforms criticize others for years for blindly accepting narratives and then do exactly that when the facts become uncomfortable or complicated.
Critical thinking isn’t critical thinking only when it confirms what you already believe.
Read the filings. Look at the timeline. Understand what a stipulation actually means in the context of a trial.
Then form your opinion.
If your message has always been “question everything,” that standard has to apply to everything even the cases where the answers make you uncomfortable.
@Lili7381864265@poptrinty@Melanimorenoe There’s different grades to a sprain. And we were never privy to the degree of her sprain. Why is it so hard to just take their word as it is?
Reminder that trump still owes us money.
$5,000 dividend check that got promised.
$2,000 tariff revenue check that got promised.
$1,700 refund check on top of that, also promised.
Add it up and that’s $8,700 sitting somewhere that was supposed to land in regular people’s accounts and never actually did.
Do yall see how small that print is? Do you see how long this sign is?? Benjamin Netanyahu is a monster and anyone who supports him can go to hell with him!
Dolly Parton really spent 80 years proving you can be Southern, Christian, blonde, rhinestoned, country as hell and still understand that human rights are for everyone.
Rest in Peace Queen 👑

@PlatinumV_ I don’t get how she could’ve killed her kids. Then attempted suicide 4 different ways. And end up outside with a broken spine, and a body temp of 82 in the time frame that she had.
@LaRhonda116062@ivyastrology See for yourself. I didn’t believe it until I saw that she had seen the Perez Hilton thing and the earthquake in Europe. This one is towards the end. She doesn’t know specifics. But you can’t deny it. This was posted 8/20 https://t.co/DhqntoxYpy
