In the fall of 1914, the Founders leased a five room home at 721 Hunter Ave. as their first fraternity house.
It was close to campus and allowed them to reside together in an ordered routine of study and cultural development that strengthened their bond.

Lack of resources were not an excuse. I remember loosing 48 hours of sleep at a time trying to figure out how to change our situation. I learned in order to seek change you must be intentional with your execution and have the willingness to SACRIFICE!
