@GWRHelp Re: your claim that many of the issues with timetables/trains needing repairs/transition to the new trains would be resolved by the "later this summer". You don't even try with staff shortages, with that the prevailing message seems to be "we got nothing, deal with it".

@Swiss_uk@GWRHelp I try my best to be polite, and as factual as possible about what I see and experience on the trains- but some journeys are misery inducing, to the point where it oozes from every cell of my being!
I hate social media. But for a couple hours most weeks, when I get the train, I must squeeze myself into a cramped space (in a floor area about the size of a large tortilla) with twenty people doing the same thing around me, all looking equally miserable. #WhyIJoinedTwitter

So GWR's parent company @FirstGroupplc own the US/Can Greyhound buses too. Commuters' reviews of them reveal that long delay times, perennial staff shortages, and harsh penalty policies have been apparently been internationalised by First Group! Cheers, globalisation.
@Etain99297348 @itvnews Its good to feel strongly about preventing another tragedy like this. If so, write letters to the people who you think could help. Train to be someone who could help. I just personally think writing tweets calling people dumb, inhumane, terrible- less helpful.
