@BarclaysUKHelp Honestly Lorna, it's pathetic. I need an appointment to see someone because I cannot do what I need to do over the phone. Its ridiculous that I cannot even book an appointment where I would need to provide ID anyway.

@BarclaysUKHelp finding it impossible to speak to anyone about my mortgage over the phone and have locked myself out of online banking. I can't even book a branch appointment over the phone 😡. How can I book an appointment to see a mortgage advisor before my fixed rate ends?

@BarclaysUKHelp Unfortunately not... The advice was to go to branch to ensure my details are up to date, then book an appointment whilst I'm there..... Not really what I want to do. If I'm visiting a branch then I want to see an advisor whilst I am there.

@plusnethelp cannot get through to customer services on the phone and live chat isn't working either - what's going on? I need an update on an open ticket, have commented on the ticket, no response there either.
