Didn't know getting a @JioCare Air Fibre connection in Ranchi is going to be a painful. Post the order placement I've got tons of calls and messages. Folks asking for payment, plan details, OTPs for various reason but no installation yet and false promises. Very frustrating!

@JioCare The worst part is that you all your support calls point to a voice chatbot which is awfully configured and designed. There's no bot / human available to speak to handle escalation or unstructured request.

@bgmahesh It's not Blinkit's intention to be nice and have a doctor call you to check your health. The truth is that they are forced to make a doctor call you otherwise Blinkit can't see that medicine to you as a compliance requirement.

I recently went to the US for the first time, and came back with an uncomfortable thought :

Most of us are taught to build quietly.
Americans are taught to build loudly.

For the first few days, I did what every first-time visitor does. I stared at the roads, the buildings, the waymos and the sunsets. The spectacle works. It’s designed to. That’s the opening act.

But once the novelty wore off, something else became impossible to ignore. Beneath the infrastructure and branding was something deeper at play.

America is exceptionally good at telling its own story.

Not subtly. Not apologetically. Confidently. Almost aggressively.

Jagdeep Sir often told me, "You can call me anytime, unapologetically, because you are the only journalist whose call I would always answer."
So, I called him this morning, hoping to hear his voice - but he didn’t answer. It was painful to accept that he has left us and is now in a better place.

He was a man of principles, who believed deeply in democracy and people’s rights. He spoke his mind fearlessly. He often got frustrated, but he never gave up. He believed in raising his voice against injustice.

He has left behind a deep void - one that’s very difficult to fill. But I’m sure those who believed in him and worked with him for a cause will continue to walk the path he showed, for the betterment of our society.

I’ve learnt a lot from him. He was my go-to person on all matters related to elections. This feels like a personal loss.

We shall meet again, Sir. I don’t know when, where, or how - but we shall meet again.
Till then, rest in peace… and keep guiding us.

@termite_colony Not only medicine and aviation. He's a cricket, international affair, political and defence and god knows what more expert as well. Expert on anything that can catch more eyeballs. He used to be funny a decade back, not anymore.

@beastoftraal Legit happend with me as well. You will not know the price to be paid until you hit PG screen to complete the transaction. This is down right bad, erodes trust. The only intention of doing is to fool people into paying more not realising they have skipped free delivery.
