Can confirm this is fairly ordinary effect 👌
Canada is no longer a Free Market Economy, Mark Carney’s economic strategy is a shift from traditional free-market principles toward "economic nationalism" and state-directed capitalism. Corporatism is deeply associated with fascism, serving as the core economic and political framework for fascist regimes. Canada is fast becoming a Fascist Regime.
Grief is not a glitch. Loneliness is not a disorder. Exhaustion from an impossible life is not a chemical imbalance. Sometimes the most sane response to an insane situation is to fall apart.
Fine I'll say it
SSRI's are poison for your brain - you shouldn't take them
You are a weak human being for taking them
Anyone recommending them is sus AF
On behalf of all the people too afraid to speak their truth - shove those pills where the SUN DON'T SHINE - 🍑🍑🍑
I am very convinced of a STRONG negative correlation between consuming timeline/algo-fed content and ease of access to your intuition, genius, and creative senses
You can almost *feel* it after 5 minutes of scrolling. It's like you start to lose your own thoughts & have them replaced by "thoughts" much lesser
Would be very very weary as to all forms. Have to be extremely dialed in for this season of my life. Youtube & twitter are all i have left, but i think they will be deleted and my life will improve 10x. Posting will just become desktop routine. Youtube replaced with books on audible
It's noticeably detrimental. The bombardment of distractions clouds your edge, which can only be found in a flow state or silence. Socials are the opposite. I reckon it's like getting wasted or pulling an all nighter. 30min of scrolling has lasting downside effects. Sets u back further than you'd notice unless you detox from it
~22-27 seems to be the age in which you cut out these habits or you become a perpetual phone addict zombie of a person - worse than any boomers
Ever feel like your nervous system is a jittery squirrel on its fifth espresso? 🐿️
Most people try to calm their vagus nerve with "neck shockers" or ear clips that look like DIY jewelry gone wrong. Let’s be honest: getting zapped isn't exactly a zen vibe.
Enter Ultrasound Vagus Nerve Stimulation. It’s the high-tech, pain-free upgrade your body has been craving. No shocks, no pinches—just gentle sound waves whispering to your nerves.
Expect the kind of restorative sleep you haven't had since infancy—on the very first night. It’s like a luxury spa day for your internal hardware. 😴
You’ll be kicking yourself for sticking with those spicy ear clips for so long. It’s time to trade the "zap" for the "ahh."
Join us at Vagus Skool on February 21st for a live event diving deep into this tech. Check the Vagus Skool calendar for all the details.
Your nerves deserve a hug, not a lightning bolt. See you there! 🥂

@SterlingCooley What a beautiful smile 😍 I'm so sorry for your loss. One thing about grief is that it never really goes away... it's always there, to remind us how deeply we have the capacity to love someone ❤️💔❤️🩹
Life begins at 40.
The rest was just research.
Until 40, most people are running experiments.
You test your body with late nights, junk food, skipped workouts.
You test your mind with stress, comparison, shortcuts.
You test relationships, careers, beliefs.
Some experiments fail quietly. Some leave scars.
That phase was not a mistake.
It was data collection.
At 40, something shifts.
You finally know what doesn’t work.
You know which habits drain you and which ones build you.
You know which people cost you peace and which ones give it back.
You know your body’s warning signs.
You know the price of ignoring sleep, movement, and discipline.
Youth runs on hormones and hope.
Midlife runs on wisdom and intention.
At 40, you stop chasing excitement and start choosing stability with strength.
You don’t want chaos anymore. You want clarity.
You don’t want motivation. You want systems.
This is when health becomes non-negotiable.
Not to look good.
But to stay independent.
To keep joints working, memory sharp, libido alive, confidence intact.
You realise muscle is not vanity. It’s insurance.
Sleep is not laziness. It’s medicine.
Boundaries are not arrogance. They’re survival.
Career-wise, this is when depth beats speed.
You may not run the fastest anymore, but you know the route.
You stop proving. You start producing.
You focus on leverage, not hustle.
Fewer moves. Better moves.
Emotionally, 40 is freedom.
You stop needing approval.
You stop explaining yourself.
You stop arguing with people committed to misunderstanding you.
You finally understand this truth:
Energy is limited. Spend it wisely.
The most beautiful part?
At 40, you still have time.
Enough time to rebuild health.
Enough time to correct mistakes.
Enough time to create wealth, meaning, and legacy.
But now you have context.
You don’t waste decades repeating the same errors.
Life before 40 teaches you what not to do.
Life after 40 is where you do it right.
So if you’re 40 or approaching it, understand this clearly:
You’re not late.
You’re not declining.
You’re not finished.
You’re finally qualified.
The research phase is over.
Now begins the application.
Menopause is not a widespread phenomenon. It occurs in women, and select whale species. This is a key insight in reproductive biology.
Only four whale species experience menopause. These species are short-finned pilot whales, beluga whales, narwhals, and orcas.
This contrasts sharply with most mammals. They remain fertile until death.
The phylogenetic tree underscores the rarity. Humans are an exception.
What evolutionary pressures led to this? Why did it evolve in these species?
Adapted from Ellis et al, Scientific Reports 2018. Further research is needed.

An embodied woman with intact instincts is neurologically incapable of submission to falsehood. Her limbic system, enteric brain, and interoceptive pathways form a living compass a biological network evolved to detect deception, danger, and energetic incoherence.
@ArcaneMayne@taymurph26 If you're driven to leave a comment like this, I suspect you are the one that could use a little grounding... Just saying 🤷🏼♀️😬🙄😆
Yes! I've been experiencing this new and very raw ownership of so many emotions and feelings in the past 2-3 years since discontinuing my poly pharmacy regimen. I'm now learning to recognize somatic stress responses that I previously never heard, and then I wondered why I'd be dysregulated from "zero to hero" with seemingly no cause.
@SamanthaTaghoy I wish our governments offered "assisted living" instead of "assisted dying." I hope your family member, the nurse, gets the trauma focused care they need to process this. That's too much for any person to carry alone ❤️🩹
This is your reminder that your feelings about the state of the world are valid. You’re not over-sensitive, you’re not suffering from anxiety, you’re not reading too much into things.
Your trauma and distress at the constant torrent of images, messages and actions of violence, war, abuse, oppression, loss, capitalism, poverty and fear are NORMAL.
You are being groomed every single day to ignore your humanity but want the next iPhone. You are being encouraged to mock and hate victims, but defend governments and perpetrators. You are told to hate yourself, but love brands. You are taught that your emotions and traumas are mental disorders that you need to take pills for so you can get back to work and participate in the economy.
None of this is coincidence.
@MelRoBuilds 🙋🏼♀️ but admittedly my practice has lapsed, time to get back to it and really interested in testing out the spleen and lymphatic protocols
@SeloSlav I stopped following her on X after the cognitive dissonance I kept experiencing with her promoting alcohol consumption (a known and well studied neurotoxin)
