Everyone saying that the site is doing a bot ban wave are dead wrong and haven't been paying attention to how the site has changed and treating its users these last weeks

Not only the algo is deboosting and punishing everything that it considers barely lewd or problematic (ever wonder why anime related content is no longer being properly promoted?)
But I saw with my own eyes that a lot of my friends and mutuals have been getting suspended without any good reason, literally hundreds of them gone...

So many good artists, anime and shitposting accounts completely gone in a few days while the algo forces us to interact with political drama and other slop while distracting us with the JP Xitter merging.

If you have been paying attention, the site is not being sincere to you and your interests, it wants to push a specific kind of content to everyone while deboosting or straight up deleting accounts that it considers a "threat" to the new sanitized algorithm it wants to promote
