@jakekgearhart @Celios_Network For people simply grabbing several cards in a row that they plan to immediately remove from their deck prior to shuffling I am TOTALLY on board with. But selectively moving cards that will remain in deck is my issue (even if it seems innocuous)

@Celios_Network 4/4: And since Pokemon has more deck interactions than other card games, the opportunities for poor behavior are much higher. Magic has clear rules against deck manipulation regardless of randomization, and while Pokemon is not MTG, standardizing rules like this area a good idea.

@Celios_Network 3/?: I don't think most people "declumping" are egregiously cheating, but rather allowing their superstitions you dictate behavior. But normalizing this practice emboldens the small percentage of players looking to exploit this tactic
