❝ the poison dart hidden in the raisin tart ❞

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

clears his throat. ahem

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

what else could be in potatoes? well, they were probably trying to catch some animal but too bad, all they got was robbed.

[mar! @gflonew]

well they can be dangerous if you have no idea what may be in them? what if someone left them on purpose? hm?

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

but it'll be a waste to just leave them there. how dangerous can potatoes be?

[mar! @gflonew]

not take them home?? it’s very suspicious and alarming..

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

see, just some normal potatoes! definitely nothing suspicious at all.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

uh.. yeah? at least, i think so? he shrugs, giving you a small grin.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

what else should you do with a random sack of potatoes you found in the woods?

[mar! @gflonew]

but why?

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

uh, i was just... uh, taking it home?

[mar! @gflonew]

where were you taking this sack anyway, hm? he peers inside and hums.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

it was worth a shot. he shrugs. fine, i'll show you. he opens the sack just a little bit

[mar! @gflonew]

sephtis, you can’t trick me. he approaches closer, hovering over the sack. come on show me!

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

he brings his hand to his mouth as he gasps. someone just got picked up! we should probably go save them?

[mar! @gflonew]

I’m not falling for that! he crosses his arms, tempted to look behind himself. show me the hybrid potatoes!

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

wait a minute... is that...? he pretends to stare behind you, blinking. woah.

[mar! @gflonew]

because! I’m curious! now open the sack and show me these hybrid potatoes!

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

why are you so interested in potatoes, mister?

[mar! @gflonew]

sephtis, cut the act and show me these hybrid potatoes.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

okay then... he opens the sack, signalling for her to come closer

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

why not? they're special hybrid potatoes.

[mar! @gflonew]

I don’t think potatoes can be that big, sephtis. show me what’s inside.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

well... i guess you're leaving me with no other choice. you promise not to tell anyone?

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

he gulps, cursing under his breath from the failed distraction attempt. is that... is that a phoenix flying around?

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

he takes a step back, eyes widening in surprise. uh, oh, look, is that the god of butter rolls over there? he points.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

it's... a lot of very big potatoes? he glances around nervously.

[mar! @gflonew]

potatoes? in that big sack? very funny, sephtis. he approaches a bit closer. show me.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

they're... potatoes? he coughs lightly. i'm making a salad?

[mar! @gflonew]

it is yours, why are you dragging a sack? I just want to know even if it’s not yours. he crosses his arms.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

uh, they're... not potatoes? he grins innocently at her.

[𝖘𝖊𝖕𝖍𝖙𝖎𝖘 @gyungfl]

he curses under his breath. uh... it's nothing. it's not mine!

[mar! @gflonew]

he stumbles upon sephtis. heavy sack....??? sephtis what is the meaning of this?
