IIn what's a rather interesting reveal Rosoboronexport has shown new footage of Arena-M APS testing showin a top-attack ATGM interception, finally confirming years of Russian claims that it can do that.

ATGM looks to be a captured Javelin missile.

@alexkamp1 Με παράλληλο κινητήρα/κιβώτιο μειώνεις αισθητά το μήκος του powerpack, άρα και το μήκος του άρματος πίσω από τον πύργο. Ταλαιπωρεί λίγο παραπάνω τους τεχνικούς/πληρώματα λόγω compactness αλλά μειώνει σημαντικά το βάρος του οχήματος λόγω μικρότερου όγκου που πρέπει να θωρακιστεί.

@ChungTzuW I am pretty sure that one 4cyl diesel engine from an old MTZ-80 tractor is not powerful enough to reliably move an 8×8 vehicle even for 500 meters distance, let alone a fully loaded MLRS in cross-country conditions

🇫🇷#Eurosatory: Czech @CSG_HOLDING presents its Tatra Phoenix 10x10 with KNDS’ LEGUAN bridging system at Eurosatory 2024 in Paris. The vehicle has an armoured cab from Tatra Defence Vehicle with ballistic and mine protection Level 3 according to STANAG 4569. All axles are steerable. The overall length of the vehicle is 17 metres.
