@ADNewgate I did Toronto to Florida. The process length is dependant on which visa. If you can do TN1/L1 and company/lawyers move fast, weeks. Realistically 2-6 months I would guess. Cost varies by how much you ship down, selling house, etc. Other visa I don’t know about

@Factschaser Fun fact about Tesla, the brake system via the pedal is mechanical and cannot be overridden. They also cut acceleration and cancels autopilot/fsd as additional measures. I’m sure we will hear that this person either hit the accelerator or had medical issue.

@anniegirl1138 You can for work under certain job classification (look up TN1). You can also invest and get an E1/E2 visa. This means skilled workers and investors can and are leaving.
