Made 5 calls to the Child Maintenance Service in the past three days, spent around 2 hours on the phone and had two scheduled call backs which didn’t happen. Finally told “there’s nothing i can do, I’ll get some one to give you a call tomorrow” 🙏 #fairsystem @kitmalthouse
